Application Procedure

1. Get an application form from the Jesus Rev office, or you may download it.

2. Submit the application form with all the requirements at the JREV OFFICE.
Options are:

• Personally submit it. The office is located at the Life Center, 39 Miami Cor. Columbia Streets,
  Cubao, Quezon City, Philippines.
• Email it. naziritetraining@jesusrev.com

3. After the evaluation of your application, you will be notified through a phone call or email to confirm your registration.

4. Upon payment, you will be issued an acknowledgment receipt, keep it for future references.

5. Deadline of submission of application is two weeks prior to the training date.
